Oh and I made sure I had about 1000 PP saved up to take the decisions and event chains as needed. From there, I went through my imperial federation tree while increasing opinion with each of the puppets. So Canada was now super Canada but still a puppet. I annexd America and took the decision to give Canada the America and Core it. ONce I had all of them, I attacked America. Made sure each were puppeted and also built in them to lower autonomy as low as possible but I didn't annex. Once Canada had been puppeted, I had started upgrading the infrastructure there and went for my other subordinates. I went for Netherlands and Belgium first, then France and Canada at the same time.
